Hands on healing session
How does it work

Reiki session

Reiki treatments are customized to the client’s needs, offering healing or relaxation in a one-hour session.

The client remains fully clothed as the practitioner uses a non-intrusive healing process, with the body only absorbing the necessary energy, making it suitable for all ages and conditions.

For specific health concerns, it is recommended to book three sessions, starting with a single treatment to experience the process.

Treatment options

  • 1 hour intake session 100 €

In the first session you will talk about your goals, your pains, maybe your blockages. After this the session will begin and the energy will flow. You’ll remain fully clothed as the practitioner gently places their hands over key energy points, allowing your body to absorb the healing energy it needs. Many clients experience warmth, tingling, or a profound sense of calm. Whether you seek relief from stress, emotional healing, or simply a reset, Reiki helps restore harmony within the body and mind.

  • Follow up session 90€

A follow-up Reiki session builds upon the foundation of your previous treatment. We begin by checking in on any shifts or insights since your last session, then continue the work with adjustments tailored to your current state. Regular sessions help deepen the healing process, reinforcing balance, clarity, and emotional well-being over time.

  • Reiki & Coaching session 145€

A combined Reiki and coaching session blends energy healing with personal growth, creating a space for both inner alignment and practical transformation. Reiki works to clear emotional and energetic blocks, while coaching provides tools and guidance to help you navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. This integrated approach supports you in making meaningful shifts – whether in your mindset, relationships, or overall life direction.

My reiki session with Ioana was done at a distance. I relaxed, listening to a meditation tune, while she focused her abilities on my en energy. When she contacted me and told me what she sensed, I was so impressed by her gift. Ioana could visualise my back issues and my blocked chakras, and she received messages regarding my misalignment, which fit my story. After the session, I felt revitalised and energetically heard. I truly recommend her reiki sessions!

FAQ

Everything you need to know

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that involves the transfer of universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to promote balance and well-being. Developed in the early 1920s by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk, Reiki was introduced to the West through the efforts of Chujiro Hayashi and his student Hawayo Takata, who brought the practice to Hawaii and later to the mainland United States.

From there, Reiki’s popularity spread to Europe, with practitioners establishing training programs and healing centers across the continent. Notably, in 1981, a Reiki master trained by Takata, introduced Reiki to Europe, further facilitating its growth and integration into various European healthcare settings.

Come with an open mind and a willingness to receive. Wear something comfortable, stay hydrated, and give yourself a moment of quiet before the session. There’s nothing you need to do, just allow yourself to be present and let the energy flow.

I recommend starting with three sessions to allow the healing process to unfold. Energy work isn’t instant – stress, emotions, and old patterns take time to clear, and regular sessions help your body and mind process and reset. After the 3 sessions, many clients continue once a month, like a checkpoint in a long journey, a moment to realign, release, and keep moving forward.

During a session, you might feel immediate relief – calm, clear, even lighter. But healing is a process, like stretching after years of tension. Sometimes, discomfort surfaces before it clears. The effects continue to unfold in the hours or days after, helping your body and mind realign and rebalance. Trust it. Your body is making space for something new.

Yes, you can resume your normal routine after a Reiki session, but it’s best to give yourself some time to rest and integrate the experience. Some people feel deeply relaxed, while others feel more energized, both are natural responses. Drinking plenty of water, avoiding overstimulation, and taking a moment to reflect can help you make the most of the session’s effects.
