For a long time, I carried pain in my body, and nothing seemed to help. I kept searching for answers, doctors, treatments, anything that might fix it. But I never turned inward. Eventually, I started reading about pain, how we store it, how it shapes both mind and body. I tried different therapies, worked with a coach, then with a Reiki practitioner. Something shifted. I wanted to understand more, not just for myself, but so I could help others too.
Over time, I learned to practice Reiki – Shinpiden Reiki Level III (from my teacher Iunieta Sandu), I got my certification as a Coach in Netherlands (with Mauni), and started working with friends and family. Later, my own yoga practice grew into teaching: I completed a 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Yagoy Amsterdam, and became a certified Yin Yoga teacher. Yin taught me what my body had been asking for all along: to slow down, stay with what’s there, and listen.
Today, I bring these practices together in my sessions at studios across Amsterdam
Reiki is what I return to most. Rei means universal, Ki means energy - the life force that moves through us, shifting what’s stuck, the patterns we carry without knowing. Energy healing softens the hold of past stress on the present. It clears space for something lighter, something new. My approach is intuitive and compassionate, guiding each session toward balance, clarity, and deep restoration.
I've learned that stress and trauma don't just live in the mind; they settle in the nervous system, in the body, in the way we move through the world. That's why I work on both levels. Coaching helps us look at what surrounds us: every action we take, every decision we make, where we place our energy. Yoga brings us back inside, into the body, where so much of what we carry is held. Together, they shape our experience, our healing, our sense of balance. We all need a bit of guidance to become the best versions of ourselves: to see more clearly, to move with intention, to feel at home in our bodies, and to step into who we truly are. And that is what I want to help you do.
