A coaching session is a space to untangle what’s going on: your thoughts, your patterns, the choices that keep repeating. I listen, ask questions and help you see things from a different angle, without judgment and without giving advice.
But talking is only part of it. Some patterns don’t live in the mind. They live in the body, or in the family and places you come from. That’s why my work weaves together three layers: the system you belong to, the body you live in, and the mind that tries to make sense of both. I call this The Ballance Method

None of us exists on our own. We come from families, cultures and histories, and we carry them, often without knowing. Systemic coaching looks at the larger structures you belong to: your family, your lineage, your work, your relationships. It asks where you stand in them, what you’ve taken on that was never yours to carry, and what needs to be seen before something can move.
Sometimes a pattern that won’t change isn’t a personal failing. It’s a form of loyalty. When it’s seen and acknowledged, it can finally be put down.
The system: where you come from.
We look at the family and context behind the question. Who came before you, what was lost or left unsaid, where you stand.
The body: where it lives.
Understanding a pattern isn’t the same as feeling it shift. Through breath, gentle movement, body awareness, we slow down enough to notice what your body already knows: tension, emotion, instinct. With your nervous system settled, change stops being an effort of will.
The mind: where it moves.
Then we come back to your life. What’s working and what isn’t, what’s behind your decisions, and what small shifts are possible now. New choices, new boundaries, a new perspective, grounded enough to actually hold.
Systemic coaching: honest, curious conversation that looks beyond the individual, at the family, work and relationships you belong to, so we can see the structure behind a pattern and what you might be carrying for others.
Reiki: gentle energy work that helps the body rest deeply, so what we uncover in conversation can settle and land.
Yin Yoga: slow, grounding practice to come back into the body and notice what it holds, drawing on yin yoga and the five elements of Chinese medicine.
Embodiment exercises: simple practices to calm the nervous system and understand how it responds to stress, so you can read your body’s signals as information, not interruption.
Expect a space where you can be honest, even when things feel unclear. Some sessions bring relief, like something clicking into place. Others leave you with more questions than answers. That’s part of it. Change isn’t instant, but with time you start noticing the shifts: new ways of thinking, decisions that feel more like your own.
We begin with a series of three sessions. The first is for mapping: where you are, what you’re carrying, what you want to be different. The next two go deeper, into the system, the body and the choices in front of you. Between sessions, you’ll have one small practice to take home: a posture, a short grounding exercise, a sentence, a question.”
It’s a process, not a one-time fix. But over time, things move. And so do you.
A focused session to explore where you are, uncover blocks, and create a personalized plan for clarity and balance.
Three sessions to map where you are, go deeper, and create lasting change. Deciding in advance makes it easier to stay with the process when it gets uncomfortable, which is often exactly when things start to move.
A combined Coaching and Reiki session blends energy healing with personal growth, creating a space for both inner alignment and practical transformation. Reiki works to clear emotional and energetic blocks, while coaching provides tools and guidance to help you navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. No. Coaching focuses on the present and on movement forward. If deeper trauma comes up, I’ll tell you honestly and can suggest where to find support.
No. We work with whatever you know, and what you feel is often enough.
Not at all. You can come as you are.
Online sessions are available, but warmly recommend the 1:1 sessions.
